Lacrosse Camps

   The MVP Lacrosse camp has been around since 1995. The camp started as a camp for young lacrosse players to learn the basic skills + concepts at all positions. Today that same philosophy still exists. Nickerson Beach provides one of the best summer camp facilities for kids. There are 4 Full fields 400 yards from the ocean and it supplies a comfortable cool ocean breeze each day. There are 2 pools to use each day for swimming (w/ Lifeguards), convenient bathrooms, comfortable indoor shelters for bad weather, and a newly renovated recreation facility for use during free time at lunch. Lunches are provided 3 different ways: Bring your own, the Ocean Snack Bar (hot + cold items + snacks) or Deli lunches from the local Point Lookout Deli.

     This summer we will have excellent instruction for Attack-Midfield-Defense+Goalies, each day by very skilled College + HS players. Games will also be played once or twice each day. In addition, there will be the usual contests each day with good modified lax games. LaxBaseball + LaxGolf, etc etc.

     Brooks feels that once a player knows the basics, he or she can then play the game with his or her own creativity and imagination. Thats how the game becomes fun for all.

   The MVP Camp is open to all individuals and TEAMS between 1st and 8th grade.
