By submitting this registration I agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. A deposit is due at the time of registration. Balance is due one month prior to the start of camp.
If you cannot attend the camp you signed up for, the entire amount you have paid can be transferred to another camp. The camp credit will be in the amount paid by the camper. Credit is transferable to another family member and is valid through the 2009 season.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing within one month of the dates of camp. Mail or fax to address/number on our contact page.
By registering on-line you certify that you are at least 18 years old. If the person who you are registering for an event is less than 18 years old, you certify that you are the parent or legal guardian of the registrant.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information when such information is requested.
You will receive a password upon completing our sign up process. The parent e-mail address used when registering is the user name. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Brooks Sweet of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Bsweetlax and LR Lax Inc. cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with these conditions.
We collect information from you during the registration process in order to facilitate communication. Bsweetlax will not share your personal information with anyone. Any information collected from minors is done so with the permission of their parents.
